Construction Laborers
Mattison Contractors is seeking Full Time/Seasonal Construction Laborers to work on our guardrail, landscaping, and grading crews. Personnel performs various tasks, from seeding and installing erosion mats to installing signs on overhead structures. Crews work across all applications and are not limited to seeding or guardrail. Our variety of work allows our employees to gain knowledge in multiple disciplines.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CDL preferred
- Physical ability for manual labor throughout the construction season and in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota

Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic
Mattison Contractors is seeking a full-time heavy equipment and truck mechanic. Individuals must be a self-starter, capable of diagnosing and correcting deficiencies, and able to perform general equipment maintenance.
Job requirements:
- High school diploma
- CDL preferred
- Three or more years of experience repairing trucks and equipment
- Must provide own tools
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
